Noelle Infusion

2 part Orange slices or dried

1/8 part Nutmeg

1 Vanilla Bean sliced, scraped and chopped.

Blend and infuse your tea, the longer the stronger.

Lavender Rosemary Soak Part 1

These plants are aromatic, analgesic and calming for emotional and physical tension.

1 part each of dried Lavender and Rosemary.

Blend and fill a muslin cloth, soak until you are delighted!

 Lavender Rosemary Soak Part 2

2 cups of Epsom Salts

25 drops of Lavender essential oil

25 drops of Rosemary essential oil

Blend, soak and rejuvenate! 

Honey Lemon Cornmeal Scrub

2 cups of Cornmeal

1 ½ cups of Honey

1 Lemon juiced

Blend and use to exfoliate and moisturize dry, rough skin.

  

Ylang Ylang Spritzer

Fill a 4 oz.bottle with spring water and add 40 drops of Ylang Ylang essential oil.

Chamomile Star Tea

2 part Chamomile

1 part Oatstraw

½ part Star Anise

This blend will calm a stressed nervous system and is very beautiful to look at!

Gemstone Soak 

Fill your bath. Add your favorite stone or crystal. Soak the positive in as you meditate with your crystal and exhale the negative out as it flows down the drain!
