Sleepytime

Sometimes we can't sleep. Maybe Spirit is whispering to us. Maybe we have a merry go round of thoughts in our mind. Maybe we have too much energy and we feel supercharged! We are all different. Whatever is going on, we can always change our chemistry. Make sure that you receive an adequate mineral supply, exercise and sleep away from light and electronics as best as you can. Use an eye pillow! Try White Chestnut flower essence for incessant thoughts that are almost like torture! Amethyst gem essence is calming and balancing to the pineal and pituitary glands, which play a role in hormones and this will affect sleep.
Meditation.
Our Plant friends can definitely help to calm our nervous system, but my own breath is my go to medicine first to change my own chemistry instantly! Get out the mat and stretch it out, breathe and move some spinal fliud. This does not have to be vigorous, just try to align your spine again!
Have you said your Prayers, Thanksgivings and Blessings?

Nadis Pranayama
Begin sitting in an upright position, with a straight spine. Take a deep inhale in through the nose and blow out strong through the mouth. Repeat 3 times.
Then place the left ring finger over the left nostril. Exhale through the open right nostril first and then deeply inhale through the right. Place the right thumb over the right nostril and exhale through the left. Nostril. Repeat and keep going. This pranayama will help to balance the eastern and western hemisphere of the brain, calm the nervous system, the emotional body for tranquility. Try this first!
