Turmeric Cocoa Love
There are alot of Turmeric recipes out there because it is an awesome healing plant! Did you know that it is in the Ginger family? Known as "yellow Earth". Turmeric is a plant used extensively in Ayurveda, it is antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antifungal, alterative, analgesic, antimicrobial, antiseptic, carminative, hepotonic, antimutagenic. I use it in cooking and put it in smoothies. I have tried Yogi Bahjan's Golden Milk. I have had it in tea. I even include it in my  
...because it is so supportive to all skin health!
Used for centuries for health and beautification in my Beloved India and the Eastern Nations...  
 Last night while making hot cocoa, which in and of itself is a huge healing plant energy that stimulates the Heart chakra and contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and positive vibrations. I was like why don't I add some Turmeric to that! Oh my goodness! Delicioso! ...And very beautiful to look at may I add!
That is Beauty Medicine! 
So to use it as a tea or hot cocoa...use 1 tsp. per cup of H20.
You can add more or less. Follow your intuition, tastes and desires... 
I enjoy mine with homemade whipped cream, infused with fresh Vanilla Beans!
