Your Natural Smile
Your smile is the bomb and it heals! We communicate with our smile. Here are some ways that you can take care of it naturally. Keep in mind that, the health of your teeth reflects the health of your internal body. Making sure that you have plenty of mineral absorption is of benefit to your teeth. Vitamin C plays a vital role in the health of your gums as well. Proper self care in the practice of brushing, flossing, rinsing and tongue scraping is vital for healthy teeth and a healthy mouth.
Herbal Infusions will help to remineralize your body. Choose from herbs like Oatstraw, Nettles, Horsetail, Alfalfa. Use 1 cup of herb to 1 quart of water. Infuse for at least 4 hours to extract. Drinking a daily infusion will rebuild all of your bone health!  Drinking herbal tea and plenty of water will help freshen your breath. Lemon water is great! Taking chlorophyll and acidopholus will support digestion, elimination and bring the good bacteria into balance in the digestive tract and intestines. This will always help you to have fresher breath, because you are cleaner internally.
In Indian restaurants, they provide you with a bowl of Anise, Fennel, Cloves, Cinnamon and Cardamom seeds to chew on after your meal to enhance digestion and also to freshen your breath. Try having one at your table or in your bedroom!
Rinsing with astringent herbs and antimicrobial essential oils will be of benefit to your mouth care practice.
