Your Intuition Is Your Power

Intuition is your protection and personal guru. You will always know more than others about you. You may feel confused or unbalanced at times. These are times to recenter, refocus and prepare. We all go through tough times, experiences and circumstances in life. This is part of the journey. How do you know if you are making the right choices and decisions? Well that, my Love, depends on you. Prayer and meditation will help you center and prepare for your answers. You need to ask and then be quiet enough to hear and receive the answer. Read your own energy field. 

You do realize that every chakra corresponds with different energetic vibrations that you can read? Have you ever heard the phrase "my gut reaction" ? You can feel your body giving you messages constantly. What does it need right now? More rest and relaxation or more movement and circulation? 

When you meet someone, how does their energy field affect you? Positively or negatively? Does their energy hit you in the gut, the heart, the sacral chakra of creation? Your body will give you information about the people, places and things that you come in contact with. Think of a beautiful person that you Love and see if you can feel your heart opening. See? Remember to cleanse yourself regularly. So many ways to do this. Using meditation, exercise, baths, massage, smudging herbs...
