Self Actualization Is You

When we become actualized, we become free. There is nothing more freeing than being yourself. Being authentic, no matter. We are in the days of no hiding. You must stand tall like a Sequoia tree. Shining that heart light out into the Universe!

 We must never hurt another being. 

EVER.

We must protect.

When you honor yourself, you are happy and devoted to yourself. When you are living under other's rules and assumptions, it can be trying on your Spirit. If you came here to be a teacher, then do that. If you materialized onto Earth to be a Mother, then Motherhood awaits. If you are a rock star with a message, get it out! 

People change throughout their lifetimes, if they are lucky enough to even live that long and experience life. They do the things they said they would never have done or they do not. Life is about having the experience of life. This always looks different for people. 

"Bad things happen to good people and good things happen to bad people". 

That's life.

It happens. 

It means not that you are good or bad. 

In nature, there is not good or bad, there just "is".

When something traumatic happens in your realm, stop and recenter yourself.

Do not blame yourself or become a victim.  

Trauma is not your story or who you are. It happened and it WAS part of your journey, but it is NOT the journey itself. Just a part of the story.

...and you know what?

 You can All Ways change your story and start anew. You get to focus on what brings you happiness!

You have the power. The power of now on your side. You get to decide.

You! 

Right now!

What have you learned? 

What can you share with others? 

No one can take your power away from you.

You are you and that is your power!!!

Love is the highest law in the Universe.
