Immunity Blends And Offerings 
For You!

Aromatherapy Baths
Add to your bath some drops of high grade essential oils like Lavender, Clary Sage, Rosemary, Chamomile, Eucalyptus......Essential oils stimulate deep immunity. They are antimicrobial.
Tub Tea
Brew some up and spare some for your bath or tie up some herbs in a sock or muslin cloth. Throw into the bath and enjoy the divinity! These soaks will reduce stress, soothe your skin and increase your vibration! Try Oats, Chamomile, Lavender, Spearmint, Roses, Orange slices......
Garlic Honey
Throw some fresh Garlic cloves in a blender or processor. Cover the cloves with honey and blend. Macerate for 4 weeks, indefinitely or however long your intuition says. Some choose to never strain the garlic out. Take some for coughs, sore throats, lung congestion and general ill malaise.
Onion Broth
Yellow Onions about 2 to 3 chopped up, cover with water and simmer until reduced to half. Take throughout the day. Colds, flu, lung congestion, sinus.
Immunity Tea
1 part Echinacea
1 part Elderberries
1/2 part Peppermint
1/2 part Rosehips
1/4 part Ginger
Blend and indulge for head colds, flu, sinus, fever, chills, immunity.
Lung Clear Tea
2 part Mullein
2 part Hyssop
1 part Fenugreek
1 part Fennel
Blend and drink for lung congestion, expecting phlegm, sinusitis.
Immune Essential Oil Blend
1 part Eucalyptus
1 part Lemon
1 part Tea Tree
1 part Cinnamon
Blend and use a few drops over the bottom of your feet. Be sure to get the toes as, this is where the reflex points for the head and sinuses are. This blend will be hot and NOT for internal use. External only and dilute if needed.
Neti Pot
Purchase a neti pot and use this ancient Ayurvedic nasal pot to cleanse, clear and lubricate the sinuses.
Pranayama
Yogic breathing practices. A good general one is Nadis Pranayama. It boosts your chemistry immediately. You balance the left and right hemispheres of the brain when you practice this pranayama. It calms you. It uplifts you. Immunity and strength!
