Honey Lemon Rose Cream Foot Soak

2 TBSP Honey

1/2 Lemon

1/4 Cup Cream or Coconut Cream

4 Drops Of Rose Absolute

Peppermint/Tea Tree Foot Soak

1/4 Cup Of Sea Salt

7 Drops Of Peppermint Essential Oil

2 Drops Of Tea Tree Essential Oil

For cooling the feet and providing antimicrobial anti-fungal properties. 

Lemon Sugar Scrub

2 Cups Of Sugar

1/2 Cup Of Oil

Juice Of A Lemon 

Blend, exfoliate, moisturize and luxuriate! 

Lavender Amethyst Crystal Soak 

2 Cups Epsom Salt

25 Drops Of Lavender Essential Oil

Or Lavender flowers

1 Amethyst Crystal

Blend, pour in the bath and meditate with your Amethyst, while repeating your favorite mantra or affirmation. Will cleanse, calm and center you. Antimicrobial and auric cleansing.
