Sun Power
   The Sun is the giver of life. In the Summer, we soak up the solar fire and this may energize you and or burn you. In the winter, people have "Seasonal Affective Disorder", contributing to sadness and depression. Stock up now and everyday! Use the energy of the Sun through eating fruits and vegetables, to enhance your Light and health. These foods are "living foods", which have more Life Force power and energy in them. 
   Get some Sunshine on your body everyday for at least 10 to 20 minutes. This is the natural way of creating Vitamin D in the body. Convert through your skin and eyes. Take off your sunglasses! Enjoy the Summer before it is gone! 
   A great way to harness the energy of the Sun is to make Solar Tea! Use garden fresh herbs and flowers for your brew! If you don't have fresh plants, don't despair! You can totally use dried ones! Use a cup of herbs to a gallon jar of water to infuse. 
   As a child in Florida, my Mom would make Sun tea all the time with black tea. I still make it like she did, but with roses instead of black tea!
