Magnetic Frequency

Human beings have both positive (right side) and negative (left side) polarities. We are a complete flow of electromagnetic energy. When our flow is disrupted or we have a short circuit in our field, we can leak energy out or fail to keep it in. Getting grounded internally and with the Earth, meditating and using certain pranayamas and simple holistic practices can help to restore imbalance on your own. Laying on of hands, reiki and magnets are some outside sources available for restoration. 
Auric imbalances can manifest as restlessness, nervousness, anxious, fearful, moody, clumsiness, congestion, always getting shocked or shocking someone, poor circulation. Check the kidneys. Your water element. Electromagentic balance is neither positive or negative. It is neutral. Your right hand is positive and used to heal the left side of your body. Your left hand is negative and used to heal the right side of your body. 
Healing with sound, water, the Sun, the Earth, salt, herbs, essential oils and crystals are natural elements of health, happiness and holiness. 
Here are some practices to practice!
Grounding With Clary Sage 

The Stand Up
To restore your aura and electricity, rub your hands together and make fire. Now place the fingertips of your right hand in the center of your palm. Now stand up onto your toes. Feel the energy reconstruct. You can feel it running through you. 

The Cross Hold
Rebalance your energetic field. Give yourself a hug with opposite hands on opposite shoulders. Hold for one minute. Then whichever arm is underneath, slide it out and recross with a hug, holding for one minute. This exercise is a powerful balancer and healer. You may get the chills and feel the flow. 

The Brush Down
Have the person stand up. Using both palms, brush the person down on the left side of the body and the right side. Brush down from the crown of the head to the feet three times on each side. You can brush the back and the front of the body if desired. It feels amazing and reestablishes your current. 

Nadis Pranayma
This pranayama is classic for balancing the left and right hemispheres of the brain. Sit in an upright position. Put your forefinger and thumb of your left hand together and rest on your knee. Take the ring finger of the right hand and close the left nostril. Exhale out of the right nostril. Now close off the right nostril with your thumb. Take a deep inhale through your left nostril. Close off the left and exhale through the right. Continue even inhalations and exhalations and exchanging sides. This practice is good for the brain, anxiety, depression, emotional upset, nervous system imbalance. Restores the prana. Nadis literally means nerves in Sanskrit.
