Herbal Infused Fudge
© Anne Calzada Herbalist
Making fudge for the holidays is classic. Perhaps making it for a chocolate lover is always the best time! Why not get some medicinal value from these sweet treats as you enjoy them.
There are different ways and methods of infusing herbs into this recipe.

Basic Fudge Recipe
1 bag of semisweet chocolate chips
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup of butter
Melt carefully together and stir completely to blend.
Pour into your buttered or greased mold and refrigerate overnight. Pop out of the mold and cut into squares or desired shapes.
You can add walnuts or almonds.
You can even sprinkle crushed candy canes on top!
So if you want to add herbs into your blend, here is an example.
Infuse Lavender flowers into the milk. On the lowest temp, you can do this on the stove.
If you don't have Lavender flowers then you can use essential oil. Simply add 1 or 2 drops depending on preference to the final stirring and before pouring into the mold.
See the difference in using herbal medicines?
If you have Cannabis infused butter, you can make
Cannabis Fudge!
Maybe some Rose petals sprinkled on top?
What about Mint Fudge?
Cinnamon infused?
White chocolate?
The possibilities are endless.
Wishing you a Blessed Holiday and Gratitude for your support of
Love, Anne
