Vitamin B Power

Vitamins are very specific in their functions, healing abilities, delivery and assimilation. The body needs vitamins for proper functioning of the body. B vitamins have many functions. There are several B vitamins in the family. Let's take a look at what they can do! 
Thiamine helps to process sugar and amino acids and increasing enzymatic action that help chemical reaction in the body, increasing energy.
Riboflavin helps to make ATP, increasing energy in the cells. Helps to prevent blood pathogens as well. 
Niacin helps to break down fat, protein, carbs and increase absorption. 
Pantothenic Acid helps in the production of enzymes. They facilitate fat synthesis. It also helps to break down cells.
Pyridoxine is a water-soluble vitamin that protects nerve health, skin health and the red blood cells. it helps to produce amino acids in the body. It helps to maintain cellular metabolism. It also creates serotonin and dopamine. 
Biotin helps break down sugar and to maintain healthy levels in the blood. Biotin is classically known for strengthening collagen, hair, skin and nails. 
Folic Acid is best known for helping pregnant women to form healthy babies in utero. It is essential in creating RNA and DNA replication and health. it is also essential for the production of healthy red blood cells. 
Hydroxocobalamin is best known as B12. It is known for eye, nerve and brain health. It is known to increase cellular energy and physicians are known to recommend B12 injections for this purpose.
B vitamins are a family within themselves as you can see and work together to support the health of the body. It is best to take them together in the form of B Complex vitamin supplement. 

What are some of the signs of deficiency? 
Low energy, sluggishness, weak muscles, numbness, mental fatigue, confusion, forgetfulness, dementia, mood swings, depression, dull hair, dry itchy skin, canker sores, chapped lips, bad breath, peeling nails, vision problems, heart palpitation's, dizziness, shortness of breath, headaches, constipation or diarrhea.
