Cut The Cord

Cutting the cord is one of the most powerful acts of Love that you can embody. 
For yourself and another...

When you forgive yourself or someone else, you set yourself free. We can accumulate unseen cords that energy travels through. Sometimes it is set up consciously. Sometimes unconsciously. It doesn't really matter at that point how it began, just get rid of it if you feel negative. Why? Because we can become drained of vital happy life force energy and feel unhealthy and unhappy, especially when we have to be around certain people. Because you Love yourself and want to retain your own original energetic signature. Keep in mind that we have cords to our parents, husbands, wives, children, lovers, friends, pets. These are good and important. A Mother's intuition. I am not speaking of positive cords. There are two energies present in the Universe. Positive or negative.You should be able to discern the difference and balance your own energetic field. Breath, mindfulness, prayer, meditation, yoga,walking, running, swimming, hiking etc... 

Sometimes I use some theatrical gestures to the Universe...

Try one or all of these practices. There are more, but this is a great start. Use the written word to release yourself from toxic energies. Write it and burn it! Write it and bury it. Use your feathers, knives, arms, hands or mind to cut and release these congested cords of unwanted psychic energy. Pray, give thanks and actively cut these cords off of your body all around you. Front, back, sides, all of it. Hack it away. Use your words as your release. Clearing your own energetic field is vital. It is like taking a shower everyday. Learn to depend on yourself. You don't need to spend hundreds of dollars to someone to cleanse your energetic field for you. Sometimes that is like letting someone else prey on the weak. Do not be a victim of such vampiric energy. People will feed off your Visa and your aura all day long if you let them. Keeping you weak, so that you keep coming back, without ever teaching you the skills to help yourself. Learn to take care of yourself. Yes, there are times when you need help and need someone to lay their hands on your energy field to infuse their own life force into yours, because you are weak. 
That is OK. 
Just be aware. 
You deserve health, happiness and Love.
